Game is on Saturday, November 23^rd, 2024  

(Middletown, PA – June 25, 2024) – Traveling to Minneapolis for the Penn State Nittany Lions at Minnesota Golden Gopher football game, on Saturday, November 23^rd, just became faster and easier.   Delta Air Lines has added nonstop flights between Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (FAA code: MSP) and Harrisburg International Airport (FAA Code:  MDT) on Friday, November 22^nd and Sunday, November 24^th. 

“It is well known that Penn State fans travel very well to support their sports teams—especially football,” said Scott Miller, HIA spokesman.  “The combination of Minneapolis being a large Delta hub, nearly 70,000 Penn State alumni living within an hour drive of Harrisburg International Airport, and this will be Penn State’s first game at Minnesota since 2019, this looks like a good opportunity.  If it does well, we hope to earn more opportunities like this in years to come.”
